
Esther Mossery
A former principal of the Aliyah Shania middle school in Akko, Esther holds an MBA in educational management and many years of experience in social education.She served as an Amutah member of NICAT since its inception, a board member, and also a member of the Akko Conservatory. Esther is the coordinator of the "Baim Latov" volunteers in Akko, the national organization for veterans volunteering in the Ministry of Social Equality, and a partner in the leading team of the organization. Her extensive social activities are all voluntary, including in the "Yad Sarah" organization

Naim Obeid
Naim Obeid, an experienced business entrepreneur, consultant and a leading member of Akko shared society, volunteering in various local organizations and supporting the diversity of communities in Israel. Obeid studied Economics and Business Management, Electronics and Sound Engineering. Since 2016, Obeid serves as CEO of A-CAT which brings Jewish and Arab together. He has carried out strategic plans to empower and hold the organization accountable for meeting their goals and adapt to the Israeli dynamic reality. Obeid is experienced in managing non-profits with vast knowledge in working with private and public organizations, as well as fundraising & networking.

Maya Lahat
An experienced manager of colleges and professional training centers, skilled in managing and training employees with ongoing professional guidance. Her Knowledge and experience are reflected in the improvement in previous positions she has held in the construction of work plans and in their implementation from the force to action. By setting an agenda, promoting projects and motivating people to meet goals. Holds a bachelor's degree from the Department of Communication and a master's degree from the Department of Statistics, University of Haifa.

Maisaa Marzuq
Holds a bachelor's degree in English with a specialization in business administration, and a master's degree in international relations and diplomacy from the University of Haifa. Has experience in initiating and managing international projects. Participated in programs at the University of Cambridge and Oxford in the UK. Her roles have included translator into various languages, assistant to the finance manager, and coordinator in a leadership development program

Mirit Strumza
Mirit is an active member of various social and cultural groups promoting coexistence in Akko. She is a freelance journalist for the Yedioth Tikshoret Communications Group, and a published author. Her book “Akko – the Legend and Story” was published by the Akko Municipality. Mirit, an experienced marketing and public relations writer, is a graduate of the University of Haifa.

An accountant and CFO with a master's degree (MBA) in financial management and certified in accounting. An expert in the technological market in Israel and internationally. He manages a large accounting firm, in addition, manages financials at leading associations and companies in the country. An expert in fundraising and in building budgets and business strategies.

Rania Hawa
Bookkeeper and Payroll Accountant Experienced in team management and working with a diverse public as a sales associate and customer service representative. Possesses many years of experience handling public inquiries. Graduate of Western Galilee College in Software Engineering.

Lior Leibovitz
A fashion photographer and art photography specialist, whose extraordinary photographs are featured in prestigious magazines around the world. Graduated with honors from the still photography major at Clover College; Engaged in beauty and fashion photography, and image photography for the sector private and business.

Mira Khaireldeen
An interior designer and stylist with extensive experience in planning, designing, and supervising complex projects, combining creativity and practicality to create inspiring spaces. She possesses strong administrative management skills, including staff management, supporting marketing operations, and providing customer service across a variety of fields.

Ahmad Masri
Born in Akko, a graduate of film and television studies at Tel Aviv University. A producer, director, film, and television photographer, with many years of experience in Israeli and international film productions, including educational television. Ahmad worked as a lecturer and teacher of film and television in various frameworks.

Munir Kazmuz
